Gentle Chair Based Exercise and Relaxation Class
A class for people who are returning to exercise after illness or long absence. It aims to promote wellness and build confidence around movement. The class size will be small and all exercises can be done either seated on a chair, standing or lying on the floor. Take the first steps on the road back to fitness this New Year!
